I've seen better games on the Low Effort jam... and given your other project, the samuel stuff which looks like it was made in paint by my little sister looks astonishing horrible, you probably didn't do the art for this one except for the player, so I must ask, WTH were you thinking when you made that "jumping" animation??? This is a heaping pile of garbage?? You should really look at some tutorials like https://craftgames.co/unity-2d-platformer-movement/
Like, you managed to make a platformer "game" that feels worse than the DEFAULT UE4 platformer template! That deserves an award! The BUTTCOIN AWARD!
All of the art in this game was done 100% by me! With "Samuel and the legend of the keyblings," I decided to use free assets I found on unity assets store, and decided to draw some simple stuff because it was my first game and the game had to be completed in a week. With this project, having the biggest scope, I spent a lot of time working on the pixel art, and the gameplay was hard to get right because I wanted to implement a certain moveset. Good stuff man I liked it. It would be better that having the jump which after second time pressing space on the first time.(Double jump on first time) You can check my games too! Good luck.
